As a intern in my nursing course i done all the duties and activities in all ward in hospital given to me by my professor. I pass my 3rd year 1st semister exam, but suddenly my 3rd year 2nd semister exam i got failed.. Just because of financial problem. My dad dont have enough money to pay my tuition.so i cant take my exam. So i start to find job.
Work & Experience
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment. Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.) Cook food in various utensils or grillers. Check food while cooking to stir or turn. Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served. Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. Check quality of ingredients. Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages.
Reading and interpreting blueprints and mechanical drawings. Setting up and installing tools and attachments. Calculating requirements. Preparing and loading raw materials onto the machines. Planning stock inventory and ordering parts. Documenting actions. Conducting machinery checking on a daily basis. Following safety procedures and regulations. Supervising the machines.
Get costumers and hand out menus. Take meal and beverages orders from customers and place these orders in the kitchen. Make menu recommendations and inform patrons of any specials. Deliver meals and beverages to tables when they have been prepared. Check that customers are satisfied with their meals. Prepare the bill for the tables when requested. Cash up bills and ensure that the correct amount has been paid. Administer change the tables if needed.
