Work & Experience
Receives work assignments, keys and supplies from the Supervisor Check all rooms to verify the status in the morning. Cleaning rooms and bath – rooms, performing any combination of the following duties. Replace dirty linen and terry with clean items.
Update and maintain housekeeping files Clear all outdated reports on a monthly basis based on the hotel standard for record keeping Answers phone call promptly, following proper telephone etiquettes as trained as per the standard.
Safekeep, record and collect all keys and papers held within the Housekeeping Office. Ensure the sorting of all daily activity reports in the Housekeeping Office. Answer phone calls promptly, following proper telephone etiquettes as trained and as per the standard.
Carry out regular inspection in all Kitchens and Restaurants, address potential food safety hazards for corrective action. Coordinate with concerned departments to make sure corrective and preventive measures are implemented. Assist EHS Manager in planning, scheduling and organizing internal as well as external audits.
