We are seeking a director with therapeutic recreational approaches to mental health prevention and a willingness to work closely with our Psych Rehab team. Bring your out-of-the-box ideas! Job DescriptionWhat you will do in this role : When you are a resident, games and entertainment can be the highlight of your day. As an Activity / Activities Director in our behavioral health setting, you will design a curriculum to keep our residents interested & engaged in their recovery and prepare them to return to the community. This could involve leading exercise groups, team activities, and taking a therapeutic approach to engagement & redirecting behaviors.
