Our client's local Property Management group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to help oversee a vibrant affordable housing community in the Westminster metro area. This is more than a management role—it’s a chance to make a lasting difference while building a meaningful career.

What You’ll Do as the Assistant Property Manager:

  • Assist with leasing, resident relations, and daily operations
  • Support LIHTC compliance: income certifications, recertifications, and file audits
  • Coordinate maintenance requests, vendor follow-ups, and inspections
  • Help foster a respectful, inclusive community for residents

What our client is looking for:

  • 1+ year of Assistant property management or leasing experience (affordable housing or LIHTC preferred)
  • Working knowledge of LIHTC compliance or a strong willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy , with comfort using property management software
  • Service-oriented mindset , with a calm, professional approach to problem-solving
  • Team player , ready to collaborate with site staff and leadership
