A Boulder-based litigation firm recognized for its high-level legal advocacy and client service is growing and seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Attorney to join its expanding team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex civil litigation matters from start to finish
• Serve as first-chair in trials and handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and client meetings
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda with exceptional attention to detail
• Conduct legal research and ensure timely, strategic progression of cases
• Collaborate with a close-knit team of legal professionals to deliver outstanding results
• Take ownership of your caseload while maintaining top-tier quality and professionalism

Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on civil litigation experience
• Prior judicial law clerk experience required
• Demonstrated success in managing cases independently, including trial experience
• Strong knowledge of both Colorado and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Exceptional legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented
• Proactive, professional, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment
