Location : Charlotte, NC

Schedule : Preferred hours: Thursday – Monday, 8-hour shifts (Alternate schedules may be considered based on company needs and candidate qualifications)

In-Flight Crew Connections (IFCC) is looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented Crew Scheduler to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about aviation, as well as those looking to enter this dynamic industry. In this role, you will be integral in coordinating flight crews for corporate flight departments, sourcing top talent, arranging travel logistics, and collaborating closely with a supportive and vibrant team. Essential Functions:

  • Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs for crew assignments, including special instructions, trip-specific details, and pay rate approvals as necessary.
  • Provide centralized scheduling services for all Client aircraft.
  • Receive and process approved requests for crew transportation and positioning from clients.
  • Initiate crew scheduling upon receipt of trip details.
  • Assign qualified crew members to trips, ensuring all logistical details are coordinated with the crew and client.
  • Coordinate flight crews with the client’s aviation department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Interface daily with both clients and crew members to ensure successful trip coordination.
  • Enter and maintain all trip and scheduling data in our ATS system and/or specific client system software.
  • Coordinate crew passports, visas, and track training records as required.
  • Proactively source crew members to support upcoming trips and staffing needs.

Education and Experience:

  • At least 2 years of aviation scheduling or dispatch experience, or equivalent years of direct part-91 scheduling or dispatch experience.
  • A proven track record of fulfilling client demands while meeting tight deadlines.

Skills/Abilities/Competencies:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Availability to work on-call, during weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Strong knowledge of computerized scheduling systems and/or ATS systems.
  • Understanding of standard concepts, practices, and procedures in a corporate flight department.
  • Familiarity with aircraft usage compliance policies and government regulations.
  • Knowledge of part-91 aircraft pilot and crew training and credentialing requirements.
  • Ability to quickly learn and efficiently utilize scheduling software, applicant tracking systems, and travel booking software.

Physical/Working Conditions:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
  • This position is in-office at our Charlotte, NC location.
