Job Description Responsible for high net worth client acquisition and management of those relationships in coordination with other business line specialists across MidFirst Bank. Engages practice experts in various lines of business to deliver products and services based on client needs. Establishes relationships with centers of influence and internal MidFirst partners. Consults with clients regarding their unique financial needs to help manage, preserve, and transfer their wealth. Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00. Compensation is aligned to experience, skills, and education. The bank offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage; paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave; and 401(K) plan. Hours of paid leave may vary. This position is posted through May 1, 2025, with potential extension if not filled. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree, preferably in finance or a related business field 5+ years of experience in financial services recommending products/services such as investment management, brokerage, private banking, wealth planning, trust, and retirement 5+ years managing high net worth client portfolios across various wealth management products 5+ years in trust and estate administration and planning Experience as a Trust Officer or Trust Relationship Manager managing diverse trust, agency, and estate accounts Existing book of business cultivated through personal development Strong leadership skills to manage and coach a diverse team Relationship management experience Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to meet complex client needs Well-developed network of centers of influence Advanced knowledge of trust and estate laws and services Trust certifications such as CTFA preferred Knowledge of trust accounting systems Proven business development skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Strong multitasking and prioritization skills Professional interaction with all employee and client levels Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Ability to work independently and follow through on priorities Dependable, cooperative, and flexible Additional Information Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities.
