Toyota Carlsbad is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Company Courier / Archive Specialist to manage the secure and timely delivery, pickup, and archiving of important company documents. This role supports multiple dealership locations and the corporate office, playing a vital part in maintaining operational efficiency and document security.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and pick up documents along a fixed route between dealership locations and the corporate office twice daily during regular business hours.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of all documents and items in transit.

  • Perform bank runs for petty cash and change as needed.

  • Make Post Office runs and attend DMV appointments as requested.

  • Deliver items to auctions or other businesses as directed by the corporate office.

  • Support time-sensitive pickups and deliveries related to payroll cutoffs and month-end processes.

  • Ensure the company vehicle is properly maintained, clean, and fueled.

  • Maintain and organize records in the company storage room; assist in moving, purging, and labeling document boxes.

  • Work with off-site storage vendors to barcode, submit, and retrieve document boxes through a portal system.

  • Verify document contents for accuracy and order before storage; re-file documents as needed.

  • Retrieve and refile documents from secure off-site storage facilities, including managing facility access and alarms.

  • Assist with general office filing when schedule permits.

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum 2 years of related experience preferred.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to follow precise instructions.

  • Familiarity with San Diego and Orange County roadways.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience and a clean driving record .

  • Proven ability to handle confidential documents with discretion and care.

  • Ability to operate securely in storage environments, including locking facilities and setting security alarms.Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification after hire).
