We are seeking a Construction Manager to oversee lighting and mechanical retrofit projects at a large industrial facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retrofit project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project safety protocols and compliance.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring quality control (QA/QC) and adherence to project specifications.
  • Coordinate site logistics to maintain efficient workflow.
  • Manage electronic construction documentation using Procore .
  • Prepare and submit daily reports.
  • Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules.
  • Lead and facilitate stakeholder construction meetings.
  • Perform additional assignments as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of construction management experience, specifically in lighting and mechanical retrofit projects.
  • Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing an electronic construction document system.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and run stakeholder construction meetings.

Military experience equivalency may substitute for some requirements.
