WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As our Construction Project Manager for Pape’ Properties, you’ll play a vital role in managing assigned construction, facility, and real estate projects that directly support the growth and success of The Pape’ Group and its subsidiary companies.
In this role, you’ll be at the center of every phase of the project lifecycle, from concept and design through completion. You’ll manage multiple construction and facility projects with precision and accountability, ensuring every effort meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. Your ability to balance design intent, budget discipline, and timeline expectations will be key to ensuring every project meets both our organizational goals and the needs of our stakeholders.
Working closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and a variety of subcontractors, you’ll lead the charge in turning plans into reality. Your communication skills will shine as you keep company Presidents, General Managers, and other project stakeholders informed and aligned every step of the way. Whether you’re reviewing budgets, tracking schedules, or coordinating inspections, your leadership will ensure projects stay on course and exceed expectations.
To succeed in this role, you will be a strategist, hands-on leader, and someone who can see the big picture while managing every detail. You’ll ensure that each project adheres to all permitting and compliance requirements, maintains Pape’s strong brand standards, and meets all local and legal regulations. By cultivating strong relationships with clients, contractors, and government agencies, you’ll foster collaboration and keep communication clear, ensuring challenges are met with proactive, practical solutions.
This position can be an in-house, remote, or hybrid position. Candidates must reside in one of the following states: Oregon, Washington, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Arizona, Alaska or Hawaii.
