Data Analyst

Greenwood Village, CO 80111

Initially 4 Months of contract ( with later high possibility of extension )

Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Project Related Qualifications

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team on the Next Best Offer (NBO) project. The successful candidate will be responsible for data annotation, model validation, reporting, and providing support to our Data Scientist in their role of designing, developing, and improving AI/ML models for the NBO project.
  • Annotate conversational data from Customer Solutions (CS) interactions according to predefined guidelines to ensure high-quality training data for machine learning models.
  • Validate model performance by analyzing results, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Generate reports on model performance, customer insights, and key metrics to support stakeholder communication and decision making.
  • Collaborate with the Data Scientist to understand project requirements and provide assistance in data preparation, cleaning, and preprocessing tasks.
  • Experience working with conversational data, preferably in a customer service or call center environment.

Skills required:

  • Performs data collection, analysis, validation and reporting. Designs, tests, and documents processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
  • Extracts and analyzes data from various sources, including databases, manual files, and external websites.
  • Responds to data inquiries from various groups within an organization. Creates and publishes regularly scheduled and ad hoc reports.
  • Documents reporting requirements and processes and validates data components as required.
  • Requires experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and/or statistical software.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills also essential. 0 - 2 years of experience.
  • This candidate must be bi-lingual (English + Spanish) and be able to speak Spanish proficiently.
