Job Responsibilities: Good experience in SCCM 2022 and Current Branch latest version
Application and Software Package creation and deployment using SCCM 2022 and with CB latest version
Managing Windows Software Updates Distribution
Creating user and device and simple query base collections
Creating packages, programs and deploying them to the Client machines
Creation and Managing Patch Testing and Patch Deployment to all workstation and servers periodically. Expertise in Software Distribution and troubleshooting deployment failures
Patch management using Windows Server Update Services (WSUS) and SUP
Good experience SCCM operations like SCCM Client Installation, Client remediation, Hardware Inventory, Software Inventory, and software metering
Troubleshooting Client installation and software distribution issues
Analyzing and applying patches, service packs and infrastructure updates
Experience in Microsoft OSD task sequence
Perform software distribution and ensure successful deployment to end assets
Experience in creating custom collections using WQL queries
Good Experience in Application Management in SCCM and troubleshooting through logs
Having hands-on experience in creating custom reports using SQL Queries
Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues
Administer SCCM software delivery, including various methods such as running advertised programs, machine targeted, user targeted, Application Library, and Software Center
Administer the SCCM tool set back end to keep the system running and healthy, including changes to the core components and settings, backups, restores, software delivery, client health, reporting, boundaries, and bandwidth settings
Task sequence creation experience and troubleshooting skill on task sequence failure
Application and package deployment experience and deployment failure remediation skill
Active Directory knowledge
Experience/Knowledge on PowerShell script
Knowledge of ServiceNow
Proficient in Tanium patching, deployment Scanning
Good knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows Server OS
Knowledge on Nexpose Vulnerability Tool
Behavioral Skills: Resolve technical issues of projects and explore alternate solutions & ensure the deliverable attains the required compliance %
Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity
