The  E-Commerce Sales Representative will play a critical role in managing online product sales, specifically focused on B2B transactions. This role involves identifying new merchant opportunities, pitching products to prospective business clients, and acting as the liaison between suppliers (sellers) and retail or wholesale buyers. You’ll manage your sales pipeline, close deals, and earn commission on top of a competitive base salary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new merchant accounts and B2B buyers across online marketplaces and direct channels.

  • Act as the main point of contact between buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth transactions and ongoing business relationships.

  • Present and promote products to potential clients via email, calls, and online meetings.

  • Manage online product listings, pricing strategies, and ensure product visibility across e-commerce platforms.

  • Negotiate pricing, volume, and terms with clients to meet both company and client expectations.

  • Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and commission opportunities in CRM (Zoho or similar).

  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and e-commerce best practices.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including logistics, marketing, and customer support to ensure seamless sales execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in  B2B sales e-commerce , or merchant services.

  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, or wholesale B2B platforms).

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

  • Familiarity with CRM software (Zoho CRM preferred).

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets.

El/la Representante de Ventas de Comercio Electrónico desempeñará un papel clave en la gestión de ventas de productos en línea, con un enfoque específico en transacciones B2B . Este rol implica identificar nuevas oportunidades comerciales, presentar productos a potenciales clientes empresariales y actuar como enlace entre proveedores (vendedores) y compradores minoristas o mayoristas. Serás responsable de gestionar tu cartera de ventas, cerrar acuerdos y ganar comisiones además de un salario base competitivo.

Responsabilidades Principales:

  • Identificar y adquirir nuevas cuentas de comerciantes y compradores B2B a través de marketplaces en línea y canales directos.

  • Actuar como el principal punto de contacto entre compradores y vendedores, facilitando transacciones fluidas y relaciones comerciales continuas.

  • Presentar y promover productos a clientes potenciales por medio de correos electrónicos, llamadas y reuniones virtuales.

  • Gestionar listados de productos en línea, estrategias de precios y asegurar la visibilidad de los productos en plataformas de e-commerce.

  • Negociar precios, volúmenes y condiciones con los clientes, alineando expectativas tanto de la empresa como del cliente.

  • Registrar métricas de ventas, actividad en el pipeline y oportunidades de comisión en un CRM (Zoho o similar).

  • Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre tendencias del mercado, competencia y mejores prácticas en comercio electrónico.

  • Colaborar con equipos internos como logística, marketing y atención al cliente para asegurar una ejecución fluida del proceso de ventas.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia comprobada en ventas B2B, comercio electrónico o servicios para comerciantes.

  • Conocimiento sólido de marketplaces en línea (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy o plataformas mayoristas B2B).

  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.

  • Capacidad de automotivación, orientación a resultados y autonomía en el trabajo.

  • Familiaridad con software CRM (preferentemente Zoho CRM).

  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples cuentas y alcanzar objetivos de ventas.
