Job DescriptionPosition Summary
The Email & Marketing Automation Manager manages CDP and email marketing platforms across Aspen One brands. This role supports the development, execution, and ongoing refinement of multi-channel campaigns and automated journeys, with a particular focus on the Aspen Snowmass email strategy. The manager applies consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing programs across channels, aiming to strengthen retention, enhance the guest experience, and drive revenue and lifetime value. This position reports to the Director of Digital & Performance Marketing
The budgeted salary range for this position is $60,000 to $80,000. Actual pay will be dependent on budget and experience; all our salaried roles are eligible for bonus.
