The English Copywriter and Editor position will be based at Keywords International Limited HQ in South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, Ireland.
As a Copywriter and Editor, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our public and internal knowledge content.
Key Responsibilities
Player-facing Content
Content Maintenance: Actively manage and refresh content on our Self Help Portal to keep our community engaged and informed.
Content Creation: Develop new articles that are not only informative but also resonate with the playful and engaging tone of our games.
Agent-facing Support
Knowledge Articles: Ensure information is precise, accessible, and uniformly presented across all platforms.
Template Creation: Continuously develop and update FAQs and pre-written responses for customer service efficiency.

Serve as the team's expert in English language and structural integrity of content.
Enhance the clarity, flow, and engagement of text produced by the team.
Content Management
Conduct regular reviews to assure content accuracy and relevance.
Apply meticulous attention to detail to eradicate grammatical and spelling errors while refining the overall content structure.
Team Collaboration and Support
Mentor team members, enhancing their instructional writing and English language skills.

Extensive experience in content creation, with a portfolio demonstrating a range of writing styles and contexts.
