Job Description
Williams Global Law seeks a motivated Entry-Level Associate Attorney to support our business immigration practice. Ideal for new attorneys with a strong interest in EB-5, E-2, L-1, and O-1 visa work.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft legal memoranda, forms, and client advisories related to immigration filings
Support EB-5 and employment-based case strategy and research
Attend client consultations and assist with compliance documentation
Monitor updates in immigration policy and contribute to firm briefings
Qualifications:
JD from an accredited law school; bar admission (or awaiting results)
Strong legal research and analytical skills
Interest in investor and employment-based immigration
Excellent organizational and client service skills
