Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Event Planner (Intermediate Level) to coordinate and execute a variety of high-level corporate events. This role requires someone with a professional presence, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Youll be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing meetings and events that support internal business functions. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage logistics for on-site and off-site events, including high-profile meetings, executive functions, and hospitality engagements Coordinate venue selection, vendor negotiations, catering, A/V support, signage, and event materials Ensure events run smoothly from planning through execution and post-event wrap-up Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors Provide white-glove service to executives and senior leadership attendees Adapt quickly to changes, last-minute requests, and evolving agendas Qualifications: 36 years of professional experience in event planning Background in luxury hospitality or experience supporting C-level executives preferred Proactive, outgoing, and independent mindset with the ability to take full ownership of events Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules or unexpected challenges Strong attention to detail and a client-first attitude Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status Dexian
