Housekeeper for Private Residence – Austin, TX

We are seeking an experienced, polished, and discreet  Housekeeper for a private residence in Austin, TX. This full-time position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of elevated service standards, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly within a fully home.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and organization across all areas of the home, including formal living spaces, separate guest house, lake house with boat dock, and private quarters.
• Perform deep cleaning duties to exacting standards, including fine furnishing care, specialty surface cleaning, and seasonal detail work.
• Manage luxury laundry care: hand-washing delicate garments, steaming, ironing, and wardrobe organization.
• Uphold exceptional standards of order and presentation, ensuring the home is guest-ready at all times.
• Monitor and manage high-end cleaning supplies and inventory, including eco-friendly and specialty products.
• Support kitchen maintenance as requested.
• Exercise absolute discretion and professionalism in all matters—confidentiality is non-negotiable.
• Work collaboratively with other household staff (chef, PA, groundskeepers) to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Adhere to all household protocols, health and safety standards.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in private service or formal homes
• Polished, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
• Proactive, adaptable, self-starting
• High level of discretion and integrity
