Description The FRM will be responsible for managing defined accounts within a specified geographic region in the cardiometabolic/rare disease therapeutic area, specifically supporting the Customer’s assigned Product. The FRM's role includes advancing product access and reimbursement for patients through education and support services, such as educational in-service, patient pull-through activities, and support of denied claims. The FRM will implement the territory strategic plan in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including call center services (HUB), specialty pharmacy (SP), sales, market access, payers, and other partners, following approved business rules. Key Responsibilities Advance product access and reimbursement for patients via education and support services, including in-service and support of denied claims. Support patient access and reimbursement education for HCPs, office staff, and matrix partners using approved messaging, tools, and programs. Inform HCPs and staff on product coverage under pharmacy or medical benefits. Coordinate with Hub/SP/partners on individual patient cases related to access, coverage, and enrollment. Analyze reimbursement issues and serve as the local resource for access and reimbursement for sales and management. Operate within approved rules of engagement, privacy, and compliance standards. Essential Requirements BA/BS degree required. 7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience. 3+ years in patient navigation, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or patient support services. Preferred experience in cardiometabolic/rare diseases or complex scientific products. Ability to resolve access issues related to pharmacy and medical benefits. Residency within the territory or boundaries. The annual salary ranges from $155,000 to $165,000, with potential additional benefits such as a company car or bonus, depending on qualifications and performance.
