This role will oversee the health, performance, and servicing of a cutting-edge fleet of autonomous vehicles.

In this role, you'll be responsible for keeping every car in peak condition, coordinating maintenance and repair efforts, and serving as the central source of truth for the operational status of the entire fleet.

We're looking for an experienced fleet manager with strong organizational skills, hands-on technical understanding, and the ability to manage large-scale service campaigns.

Whether it's coordinating mechanical repairs, leading preventative maintenance, or tracking the health of dozens of vehicles, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth, safe, and reliable operations of the autonomous car program.

Ideal background is as a Fleet Manager (corporate, bus, taxi, etc) with familiarity of running operations of service campaign execution, recalls, and large-scale maintenance programs.

Required skills

  • Proven background managing fleets (e.g., corporate fleets, taxi services, bus fleets, or similar large-scale vehicle operations).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and manage dozens of vehicles simultaneously.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort with automotive servicing and repair coordination.
  • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and accountable, with high ownership of fleet operations.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to serve as the central point of contact for fleet health updates.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Willingness to travel between Austin (70%) and Dallas (30%) (all transportation covered by employer).

Term:

Would start as a 1 year contract with a possibility to convert to permanent.

W2 Hourly with Benefits.
