For 60+ years , Peaden has been the 5-star leader in HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical services along the Florida Panhandle. Family-owned and rapidly expanding, we operate with a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability . With five locations and 150+ service vehicles , we’re looking for a Fleet Manager to take full ownership of our growing fleet and help us scale to the next level.Why This Role

This is a true leadership position where you’ll own every aspect of fleet management. You’ll drive strategy, oversee operations, manage vendors, implement Motive telematics , and ensure our fleet is safe, reliable, and ready to serve customers daily.

• Lead end-to-end fleet operations across 150+ vehicles (maintenance, lifecycle, acquisitions, branding, decommissioning).
• Own vendor contracts, budgets, and cost control (leasing, fuel programs, repairs).
• Deploy and manage Motive telematics for reporting, safety, fuel efficiency, and compliance.
• Oversee safety, incident reporting, and insurance claims .
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives and fleet expansion.

• 5+ years of fleet management experience (HVAC, construction, utilities, or service industries a plus).
• Proven success managing 100+ vehicles across multiple sites .
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and budget skills .
• Tech-savvy with fleet management software/telematics (Motive experience highly valued).
• Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and leader.
• Must pass a background check and comply with Drug-Free Workplace (DFWP) .
• Valid driver’s license (CDL not required).
