Front Desk Agent at Cedar Point summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at Cedar Point resorts, you provide exceptional guest service by checking guests in and out and addressing their questions throughout their stay. You welcome guests on arrival, verify information, and utilize hotel Property Management Systems. The role offers paid training, uniforms, and various employee perks, fostering a fun and engaging work environment.

Overview:

$14.25/hour. $19.25/hour for the month of October.

Ages 18+. Pay may vary between position based on job responsibilities.

  • Check guests in and out of our hotel properties and answer any guest questions or concerns throughout their stay.
  • Verify guest information as they enter the Hotel Breakers parking lot, being the first to welcome them to the hotel.
  • Learn and utilize the hotel Property Management System.
