Role Overview

The Fulfillment Order Selector plays a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. The position involves preparing and completing orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule, ensuring order accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Selection and Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch from the warehouse.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and proactively report any discrepancies.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on products and packaging to ensure high standards.
  • Shipping Coordination: Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of orders.
  • Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in order selection, warehousing, or logistics roles preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations and inventory systems.
  • Capability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (up to 25 kg).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Previous professional experience in Cannabis or Hemp industry is preferred

Compensation
  • Starting at $600.00 per week, with potential for growth based on performance and experience.
Work Schedule
  • Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm
  • Full-time and part-time shifts available.
  • May require flexibility to cover weekends and public holidays as needed.
