Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Home Loan Processor
Position type: Full-time, Contract
Duration: 4 months
Location: Dublin, CA
As a Home Loan Processor
you will:
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum Qualifications - Must have HS Diploma/GED
- Two (2) years’ experience processing home mortgage loans
- Proficient in MS applications, including TEAMS, Word, and Outlook
Essential Duties
- Responsible for ensuring that all loan documentation is complete and accurate
- Calculate income, review bank statements, verify member credit, employment, and reserves. Order additional documentation to complete loan file
- Communicate with various companies to obtain Property Report, Flood Certificate, Title Commitment, and payoff information
- Delivers completely documented file to the underwriter which is ready for approval or denial
- Ensures all files are complete and in compliance within RESPA, TIL, HMDA, Reg B (all mortgage related regulations) and internal policies
- Manage pipeline by reports within established turn-around time
- Serve as primary point of contact for applications in process
- Provide members with timely and periodic status updates of their loan application
- Communicates professionally with members and vendors, as evidenced by outstanding member survey ratings
Functional Competencies
- Working knowledge of loan processing, calculating debt ratios, reviewing financial documents
- Knowledge of conventional underwriting guidelines and regulatory statutes concerning residential real estate lending
- Experience dealing directly with third-party vendors, demonstrating both excellent written and verbal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate with team members at all levels
- Maintain professionalism at all times

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
Pay Range*: Between $25- $30 per hour
*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
