Job Description

IXL Learning is seeking a skilled illustrator and graphic designer to join our curriculum team. In this remote, 1099 consulting role, you will work closely with IXL curriculum designers to create engaging images for online learning materials. Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing illustrations with a stylized, graphic-novel approach for Rosetta Stone’s Foundations product.
• Maintain visual consistency and ensure adherence to style guidelines.
• Effectively manage multiple illustration projects under tight deadlines.
• Revise images based on feedback from curriculum designers.

Requirements:

• Strong craftsmanship and illustration skills with a keen eye for design.
• Ability to create engaging, clean, raster images using a stylized, graphic-novel approach.
• Experience as an illustrator/graphic designer for online content, preferably in an education-related field.
• Proficiency with Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop (Illustrator is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design requests efficiently and meet deadlines.
• A degree in Illustration, Graphic Design, or a related field is a plus.

Contract Length: - This is a three-month role with a possible extension. Compensation: - You will be compensated with $250 upon delivery of each completed image. Application Instructions:
