In This Role, You Will Respond promptly to help desk requests via phone, email, and ticketing systems. Provide troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices. Assist with user account setup, password resets, and permissions management (Active Directory, email, etc.). Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and network equipment. Assist with routine maintenance tasks (e.g., updates, patches, backups). Identify recurring issues and propose solutions or preventive measures. Be able to solve complex technical issues and provide timely support and solutions. Document processes and procedures where appropriate. Requirements Associate\'s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience preferred. Experience providing technical support in a Help Desk or customer service environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and manage time efficiently.
