Lead Generator/Appointment setter agent

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generator & Appointment Setter Agent to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for our sales and customer service operations, responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities
Make 150 calls outbound per day/ 750 per week resulting in 9 confirmed appointments with potential clients.
Qualifying leads by asking targeted questions to assess their interest and needs.
Provide accurate information about the company's products and services, handling inquiries and objections effectively.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments in the CRM system.
Manage and update calendars for sales representatives to optimize scheduling.
Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, and other communication channels to confirm appointments and provide reminders.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
Handle rescheduling and cancellations efficiently and professionally.
Track and report on appointment setting metrics and contribute feedback to improve strategies.
Qualifications
Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter, Inside Sales Representative, Telemarketer, or similar role preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, including the capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and scheduling tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outlook).
Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude in a high-volume call environment.
Basic understanding of the company's products or services and relevant industries.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a collaborative approach.
Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and secure appointments.

The hours are 8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday.
Compensation is between $20 -$24hr/ DOE, plus a fee upon closing of business with the potential customer.
