Job Description

Salary: $93,770 - 179,240 per year Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a quantitative analytics field such as Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Operations Research, Data Science, or related discipline
• Alternatively, 4 years of relevant experience in statistics, mathematics, or quantitative analytics may substitute for a degree
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in data analytics or functional business roles within the Property & Casualty, Banking, or Finance industries
• Advanced degree in a quantitative analytics field with 2 years’ experience in similar roles may also be accepted
• Proven skills in mathematical and statistical methods aiding data-driven decision making
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with data analysis tools, including SQL, SAS, BI tools, and relevant analytical software
• Ability to translate external data insights into actionable business solutions

• Leverage intermediate and advanced analytical knowledge to support cross-functional team discussions and influence solution development
• Utilize complex analytical techniques to address business challenges with significant impact on current or future strategies
• Provide innovative and quantitative analytical insights to drive effective decision-making
• Translate findings into clear communication materials for peer review and management presentations
• Employ data visualization methods to enhance comprehension for non-technical audiences
• Identify and collect relevant data sources essential for addressing business challenges
• Integrate and cleanse diverse data sources for accurate analysis
• Document methodologies, assumptions, and validation processes thoroughly for peer review and compliance
• Stay updated on emerging technologies that could enhance analytical methodologies
• Present analysis outcomes that influence business strategy and decision-making
• Identify and manage risks associated with business activities in line with compliance requirements
