What You'll Achieve: A Snapshot of Your Impact

Success in this role isn't just about processing orders—it's about driving the engine of our client's fulfillment operations. You will be empowered to:

• Master the Order Cycle: Command the entire lifecycle of customer orders, from entry to shipment, ensuring 100% accuracy in shipping documents and strict adherence to the vendor compliance standards of major retailers.
• Champion On-Time Delivery: Collaborate directly with warehouse and corporate teams to consistently hit a 98%+ on-time shipment rate, proactively identifying and solving potential bottlenecks before they become issues.
• Become a Problem-Solving Hub: Act as the key liaison between the warehouse and customer logistics partners, rapidly resolving shipment inquiries and contributing to a significant reduction in chargeback disputes.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide best-in-class service by managing the customer service inbox, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally.

What You Bring to the Table: Your Qualifications

• Experience: 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in an order processing, fulfillment, or supply chain role.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Excel is a must, with the ability to manage and analyze order data effectively. Proficiency in MS Word is also required.
• Retail Acumen (Preferred): Previous experience working with the fulfillment requirements for major "big box" retailers like Walmart, Amazon, Target, or Macy's is highly desirable and will set you apart.
• Core Competencies:
• An exceptional eye for detail and proven analytical skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with an unwavering work ethic.
