We are looking for an experienced Part-Time IT Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting our non-profit organization during a major technology transformation. Based in Saint Peter, Minnesota, this position focuses on managing recruitment efforts for specialized technical roles, ensuring efficient hiring processes and compliance with organizational standards.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the recruitment process for technical positions, including screening, sourcing, and interviewing candidates.
• Develop streamlined workflows and tools for effective recruitment practices.
• Create sustainable hiring strategies that the HR team can implement after the project's completion.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify top talent.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage candidate pipelines efficiently.
• Ensure all recruiting practices meet compliance standards and align with organizational policies.
• Provide guidance to the HR team on best practices for sourcing and hiring niche technical roles.
• Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates for future openings.
• Evaluate current recruitment methods and recommend improvements to optimize results.
• Support the team in managing multiple open requisitions and prioritizing hiring efforts.• Minimum of 7 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with expertise in technical recruitment.
• Proven ability to source, screen, and place candidates for specialized IT roles.
• Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Experience in corporate recruiting, particularly within remote workforce environments.
• Familiarity with compliance requirements in recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with hiring teams and candidates.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in developing recruitment workflows and strategies for long-term success.
