We are seeking a stay-at-home mom or someone with a full-time job who is interested in picking up a few extra shifts.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Abeldent and some reception skills, but we are willing to provide training for the right fit.

Location: Brampton, ON
Position Type: Part-Time Receptionist every Monday 4-8 pm and every other Wednesday 4-8 pm.
Start Date: ASAP

Are you organized, friendly, and passionate about helping people? Brampton Dental Group is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice and ensure a smooth experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and professionally
• Answer phones and respond to inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Manage patient check-ins and check-outs
• Handle billing, insurance claims, and payments
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support the dental team with administrative tasks as needed

✅ Requirements:

• Previous experience in a dental or medical office (preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Knowledge of dental software (ie Abeldent) is an asset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable and punctual
