Position Summary:
Assists with maintaining the records filing system and/or database used to manage, access, and preserve electronic and paper records of criminal justice activities.

Qualifications:
Education and/or Experience:
Obtain required certification; three (3) years of fulltime office support or closely related work involving confidential records; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
Licensing, Certification, and Other Requirements:
Possess a valid Arizona driver's license. Pass a pre-employment drug test, polygraph examination, and fingerprint and background investigation prior to being placed in the position. Type at least 40 words per minute (wpm). Obtain Arizona Criminal Justice Information System (ACJIS) certification of the Arizona Crime Information Center/National Crime Information Center (ACIC/NCIC) certification within six (6) months of hire. Reside within 45 regular driving minutes from work. Pass a test every two (2) years and maintain terminal operator certification status.
