Job Description:
We are currently hiring a Power Washer Operator & Window Cleaner to join our team full-time. This role involves performing pressure washing, window cleaning, and other exterior cleaning services. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, we provide training and growth opportunities for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
Operate commercial-grade pressure washers and window cleaning tools
Clean driveways, siding, roofs, decks, and gutters
Wash interior and exterior windows on residential and commercial buildings
Apply cleaning solutions safely and effectively
Maintain equipment and ensure job site cleanliness
Interact professionally with customers and teammates
Follow all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Must have a pickup truck to carry equipment in the bed of the truck
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various conditions
Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Previous experience in pressure washing or window cleaning is a plus but not required
Must be punctual, presentable, and customer-service oriented
What We Offer:
5 days a week 8-12 hr days, saturday & sundays off
$16–$50/hour depending on experience and skill level
Up to $1,000+ per week / $4,800+ per month
+ up to $200 in bonuses per week for no callbacks, great work, 5 star reviews, service agreement for the customer initiated
