Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our QC department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in textile manufacturing and proven experience implementing and managing, GOTs and ISO quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.). This role is critical to ensuring our products meet customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop, implement, and maintain quality control systems and procedures in line with ISO standards.
· Monitor processes to ensure quality standards are met both internally & throughout the supply chain.
· Lead internal and external quality audits and coordinate certification efforts.
· Analyze quality performance data and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
· Work closely with production, design, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
Requirements:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control.
· In-depth knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and compliance processes.
· Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
