We are seeking an experienced and motivated District Manager to oversee 5–7 restaurant locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in developing teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences across all units.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strategic oversight, and the ability to build a culture of service, accountability, and continuous improvement. You’ll coach, mentor, and support your restaurant managers to ensure consistency in service, quality, and profitability across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations for 5–8 restaurant units, ensuring operational standards and financial goals are consistently met.
• Develop and coach unit management teams to build strong, motivated leaders at every location.
• Enforce business processes regarding financial controls, operational metrics, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure every guest enjoys a positive dining experience through consistent quality, speed of service, and hospitality.
• Represent the brand in community activities and contribute to area-level strategic planning and initiatives.
