Staffing Recruiter – Strategic, Results-Driven, and People-Focused

AtWork is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Staffing Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will take the lead in driving full-cycle recruitment efforts across diverse functions and industries. Your mission: to identify, attract, and secure top-tier talent that aligns with our clients’ evolving needs.

You’ll serve as both a talent advisor and a trusted partner — leveraging your expertise in sourcing, screening, and relationship-building to deliver outstanding hiring outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and specific job requirements.

- Source and recruit candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings.

- Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interviews.

- Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and recruitment best practices.

- Provide exceptional candidate experience and ensure client satisfaction.

- Maintain accurate and organized candidate and client records within our ATS.

*** This position is 100% On Site paying $40,000 - $45,000 plus commission
