Title of Position: Restaurant General Manager

Job Description:  

• The Restaurant General Manager will maintain accountability for a profitable operation of the restaurant, provide consistent customer service to all guests;
• Oversee maintenance of restaurant quality, provide leadership and development of team members, and maintain an environment of trust, credibility, dignity and respect. 
• The Restaurant General Manager exercises independent judgment and sets the standard in the day-to-day performance of job duties. 
• He/she would ensure that company policies and procedures are implemented and maintained consistently.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant General Manager must have at least 2 years or more QSR management experience
• The Restaurant General Manager must work weekends as well as evenings
