Job Description

Job Description Join our team as a Retail Office Coordinator at Helzberg Diamonds, where you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations to help the store achieve its sales and profit objectives. As a key member of our team, you will: Process all transactions in alignment with company policies and procedures. Assist the Office Manager with operational audits and inventory counts to maintain accuracy. Follow company policies, including loss prevention and human resources regulations. Achieve personal sales and extended warranty goals while contributing positively on the sales floor. The ideal candidate should bring: A high school diploma or equivalent. Previous retail sales or office experience. Proficiency in selling within a commission-based environment. Experience with PCs, POS systems, or any computer keyboard. Strong communication and organizational skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
