**Job Title: Rigger** **Job Description** Assemble, erect, and align steel beams. Ensure beams are rigged properly for movement and assembly. **Responsibilities** + Assemble and erect steel beams. + Align steel beams with precision. + Ensure proper rigging of beams for safe movement and assembly. **Essential Skills** + Rigging + Rigger + Rigging Certification (NCCER or NCCCO) + Experience as a Millwright/Rigger **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience as a millwright highly preferred. + Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs. + NCCER or NCCCO certification. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy the stability and growth opportunities with a long-term commitment to our internal team. Total workweek is 50 hours, with potential for more. Prepare for an early start as early as 4 am during summer months. Be comfortable working from heights. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Phoenix, Arizona. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $51.91 - $51.91/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
