The Sales & Service Manager is responsible for the overall success and management of our sales process and our account managers. This position works closely with the Operations Manager to ensure our customer service approach is maintained. We provide lawn weed control and fertilizer applications along with pest, mosquito and termite control to residential, commercial and municipal customers in North Mississippi and Memphis.

Responsibilities

• Manage account managers out in the field and inside sales staff
• Recruit and train sales staff as needed
• Maintain sales procedures & processes
• Execute sales plan to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded
• Partner with operations manager to update and maintain policies as necessary

Skills

• Entrepreneurial spirit, drive and ambition
• Knowledge of lawn care, pest control or home services
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Familiarity with CRM software and HubSpot
  
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
