Job Title: SAP Security Analyst Location: White Plains, NY Project Overview The SAP Application Security Analyst is responsible for supporting SAP Application security, GRC, and Identity & Access Management in a diverse SAP Enterprise Application environment. The role involves working with stakeholders to support SAP security functionalities across various functional areas related to the utility industry. The analyst also provides technical support for troubleshooting and supporting IAM solutions like Saviynt, GRC solutions, and other ERP applications, including installing upgrades and patches, analyzing, designing, coding, and implementing changes to enhance functionality or accommodate business process changes. Job Functions & Responsibilities Support Identity Access Management (IAM) platforms, including implementation, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting (e.g., Saviynt). Assist in implementing system, role, user, and process compliance controls using SAP standard tools and documentation, including SOD management. Participate in system updates, upgrades, and patches for SAP and related systems. Identify, escalate, and resolve production issues within SLA deadlines, demonstrating problem-solving and customer service skills. Collaborate with SAP BASIS, middleware, functional, and infrastructure teams. Perform ITSM activities and change management, including support ticket management following organizational guidelines. Skills SAP ERP (including S/4HANA), IAM, ServiceNow, Active Directory, GRC AC 10.1+, Microsoft Azure, SuccessFactors, and SAP security in Finance, MM, ISU billing, etc. Knowledge of SAP audit & compliance. Education & Certifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, IT, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in application support, IAM systems, and SAP Security & GRC implementation and administration.
