📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a substantial patent prosecution docket across multiple technologies
• Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications
• Conduct prior art searches and detailed patentability analyses
• Prepare strategic responses to USPTO office actions
• Partner with inventors, in-house counsel, and litigation teams
• Advise on IP strategy, including due diligence for M&A and licensing deals
• Maintain current knowledge of patent laws and international filing strategies

✅ Qualifications:
• JD from an accredited U.S. law school
• Licensed attorney in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• Minimum of 26 years of patent prosecution experience
• Background in hard sciences or related technical discipline
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads with precision
• Prior experience with portfolio management and office action drafting
