Work with a team that’s transforming the way local brands grow. As an SEO Specialist at Nexvel, you'll play a critical role in driving real results for our clients by crafting and executing innovative SEO strategies. We don’t just optimize websites—we develop cutting-edge digital strategies that help brands get found, generate leads, and dominate their markets.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes role. You’ll be hands-on, collaborating with our web development, content, and creative teams to build and execute high-performing SEO campaigns. You’ll analyze data, spot trends, and implement strategies that turn rankings into revenue for our clients across industries like home services, healthcare, legal, and more.

What You’ll Do As The SEO Specialist
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that drive measurable growth for our clients.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits to uncover opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, internal linking, and site structure, while implementing technical SEO improvements such as page speed optimization and schema markup.
  • Lead local SEO initiatives, including Google Business Profile optimization and citation building.
  • Implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority and credibility.
  • Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-driven content that ranks and converts.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance, organic traffic, and keyword rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented from the ground up.
  • Provide clear, actionable SEO reports and insights to clients, guiding them through performance results.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and algorithm updates to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.

Requirements

What You Bring to the Table
  • 3+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO, link-building, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with basic HTML, site speed optimization, and schema markup.
  • A proven track record of driving organic growth through SEO strategies.
  • Experience working with home service-based businesses (plumbers, roofers, HVAC, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate SEO data into actionable insights for clients.
