Job Title: Content Creator (Social Media)

About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic, camera-confident Content Creator to become the digital face of a premium women’s intimates brand. This role is central to our social media strategy—managing and growing our presence across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

The ideal candidate lives and breathes content, understands trends, can drive engagement, and already has an established following. If you're passionate about creating visually compelling, conversion-focused content and want to be at the forefront of an aspirational, sustainability-focused brand—this is your calling.

Key Responsibilities

📱 Social Media Management

• Oversee and manage content strategy and scheduling for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

🎥 Content Creation

• Produce and post 60+ Instagram Reels and static posts per month
• Develop engaging Instagram stories aimed at increasing sales and views
• Regularly brainstorm and execute fresh, creative content ideas aligned with brand goals

💬 Audience Engagement

• Strategize to reach a 3%+ engagement rate on Instagram
• Build community by responding to DMs, comments, and engaging followers
• Drive follower growth across all platforms

📊 Analytics & Optimization

• Track key KPIs: engagement, reach, click-through rates, profile visits, and follower growth
• Deliver insights and optimize content based on performance metrics

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Experience managing and growing social media accounts—especially TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Strong portfolio showcasing content that drives engagement and conversions
• Deep understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and algorithms
• Ability to meet fast-paced content deadlines and stay organized
• Proficiency in content creation tools and analytics platforms
• Excellent communication skills

• On-Camera Presence : You’re confident being the face of the brand
• Audience Ready : 10,000+ followers and 20,000+ total views across platforms
• Portfolio : Ready to show past content that demonstrates growth and audience connection

Nice to Haves

• Experience with paid ads and social media promotions
• Graphic design or video editing capabilities
• Familiarity with SEO and digital marketing strategies
