💼 Job Summary:
We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. As an Oncology RN, you will play a critical role in supporting patients through chemotherapy, radiation therapy, symptom management, and recovery, while offering emotional support to patients and their families.

✨ Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to oncology patients, including administering chemotherapy and other cancer treatments.
• Monitor and manage side effects of treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Assess patient conditions, perform physical assessments, and respond to clinical changes promptly.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospital policies and oncology protocols.
• Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the cancer journey.

✅ Qualifications:

• Active RN License in IL
• BLS certification required; ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy & Biotherapy certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of oncology or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate care in emotionally challenging situations.
