Overview

The VP of Product Solutions will lead the strategic direction and ongoing evolution of our iGaming and Sports product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands, driven benchmarks, and regulatory frameworks. This role requires deep expertise in the North American iGaming and sports betting landscape, including platform technologies, content strategy, operator requirements, and emerging industry trends. A key responsibility is partnering directly with clients to understand current and future business needs, operational workflows, and strategic priorities to inform tailored product solutions and shape the development of core platforms.

The VP will also help clients maximize value from our products, driving user engagement, operational efficiency, and long-term business growth.

What You'll Do

  • Product Strategy & Market Leadership
  • Define and implement an iGaming product strategy, encompassing platform capabilities, content evolution, and feature innovation.
  • Maintain a deep, data-driven understanding of the North American market, ensuring differentiation and compliance with evolving regulatory frameworks.
  • Benchmark our product offerings against leading operators and platform providers, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve market positioning.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving player behaviours to drive innovation and future-proof products and platforms.
  • Client Engagement, Customization & Business Growth
  • Develop close working relationships with clients (operators, partners) to identify evolving needs, challenges, and key business processes.
  • Ensure client feedback and requirements are reflected in tailored product solutions while feeding into core platform development for future needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure they fully apply the product's capabilities to optimize operations, enhance player engagement, and drive revenue growth.
  • Facilitate workshops, roadmap discussions, and sessions to align product adoption with client goals and ensure maximum value.
  • Product Innovation & Development
  • Lead the prioritization of the iGaming product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, regulatory requirements, and operator needs.
  • Initiate and oversee the development of new product features and enhancements based on competitive insights, customer demands, and technological advancements.
  • Collaborate with data, CRM, and marketing teams to incorporate player engagement tools, personalized experiences, and features into the platform.
  • Sales, Marketing & Industry Engagement
  • Play a pivotal role in pre-sales efforts, supporting commercial teams in crafting tailored solutions for prospective partners.
  • Represent the company in industry conferences, exhibitions, and sales channels, delivering compelling product presentations and thought leadership.
  • Work with marketing teams to position products effectively, showcasing competitive advantages in the North American market.
  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Product Solutions team, fostering innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure the team maintains a deep understanding of the US, Canada, Europe, and LATAM iGaming and sports betting landscapes, adapting strategies based on regional dynamics.
  • Develop a culture of customer-centricity and critical thinking, ensuring the team consistently delivers market-leading product solutions.

What We're Looking For

  • 15+ years of experience in product management, product solutions, or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming and sports betting product leadership, with a strong focus on the North American markets.
  • Deep understanding of driven benchmarks, operator requirements, and regulatory compliance across key jurisdictions.
  • Strong background in defining and implementing product strategies, leading roadmaps, and launching innovative iGaming solutions.
  • Hands-on experience working with technology, compliance, operations, and commercial teams to drive end-to-end product success.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lead and develop a team, encouraging partnership and high performance.

Pay Range

$245,000 - $455,000 per year

Our goal is to pay a market-competitive salary near the median of our pay ranges. Final offers will be based on experience, education, skills, location, and internal pay equity.
