The Virtual Customer Care Rep is responsible for managing and overseeing homes under warranty in assigned community(s). Responsible for promoting, facilitating, and fostering positive working relationships with customers as well as coordinating and supervising the work of Lennar trade partners. Responsibilities include promoting positive relationships with customers and trade partners, exercising sound judgment, managing daily trade partner activities, approving trade partner invoices up to $1,250, remedying scheduling and communication issues, understanding manufacturer recommendations, conducting pre-closing meetings and post-close visits, reviewing and certifying home completion, managing customer relations, conducting field meetings, being knowledgeable about the community and surrounding area, and supervising community conditions including maintenance and signage. Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 3 years of experience in a customer-facing supervisory role with a homebuilder, valid driver's license and auto insurance, advanced scheduling and budgeting knowledge, ability to read blueprints, computer literacy, and excellent communication and time management skills. Physical requirements include ability to work over eight hours, operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, lift over 50 pounds, and work in construction environments under all weather conditions.
