DESCRIPTION OF WORKThrough a structured training program, your focus will be to develop and maintain referral sources to ensure potential vocational rehabilitation customers are identified for services. You will have the rewarding opportunity to determine and coordinate the delivery of services to active participants, tracking each person's progress, and making amendments as necessary in order to enhance opportunities for success. Through consultation with the consumer and other appropriate parties, you will determine appropriate vocational goals and develop a mutually agreed upon individualized plan for employment to achieve the established vocational plan.
