Welder- Weekly Pay- Start ASAPLocation: Sioux Falls, SDCompensation: $23-$27/hrHours: Monday-Thursday, Various Shifts AvailableWho We Are:We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Welder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various welding techniques, a strong understanding of metal fabrication, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints. This role is critical to ensuring the structural integrity and quality of our products and projects.Responsibilities: Set up and weld parts using MIG welding (GMAW).Use hand tools such as grinders, air, and power tools.Read, understand, and follow blueprints.Perform quality checks to ensure high standards.Maintain a clean work area.Keep up with production demands while working safely.Skills/Qualifications:High school diploma or GED; technical certification or welding school preferredMinimum 3 years of welding experience in a professional settingAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprintsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy materials and prolonged standingWhy Work Here?
