I am looking for a stewardess position onboard a private or charter vessel. Having recently qualified, I have completed a range of courses that have included wine appreciation, housekeeping, barista training, cocktail training, silver service, flower arranging, laundry, and stain removal. Prior to training as a Stewardess I gained almost three years experience working in a diverse role offering customers exceptional service. This taught me skills such as having to work under a high level of organisation. I am naturally organised and can be relied upon to remain calm, focused and driven when working under pressure. I am adaptable and personable and am looking forward to demonstrating my suitability as a stewardess.

I am originally from South Africa, this is where I was born and lived there until I turned 18. After that, I moved to England and have lived there ever since. I am in love with the feeling of going to places that I have never been before. I love exploring which has led me to travelling as much as I can when I have the chance. I have recently travelled to Berlin where I walked around as much as my feet would take me. I loved learning about the history and seeing all of the beautiful architecture. In my free time I like to do embroidery as I love being able to use just a needle and a thread and make detailed designs. I like to read horror books and thrillers, I recently read Jurassic Park. I also like to go for walks or go to the gym where I like to use weights.

I worked at a Leisure Centre that had multiple swimming pools, sports halls, gym, studios for classes, a sauna and steam room. I was the front of house and was the person who helped customers with whatever it was that they needed. I initially began as an apprentice before it developed into a permanent role. • Helped with customer queries, complaints, bookings and any problems with the multiple leisure centres over the phone and in person. • Dealt with doing memberships and advising customers. • Responsible for managing invoices, banking, cash and card payments. • Dealt with a variety of customers from young to the elderly.

I worked at a travel agency where I organised and booked holidays for people over the phone. I acquired the knowledge on how to transfer bookings and give advice to people for what could be best for them by knowing the different options of holidays very well. • Helped customers in the branch and over the phone in regards to booking holidays. • Answered customer queries and complaints over the phone and emails. • Communicated with transport companies, hotels, dealing with insurance and other travel services. • Assisted with accounts work such as doing transfers or cancellations of bookings.
